Music and movie sound is mixed in a controlled environment, and mimicking that environment is critical to good sound.

The critical areas that reflect too much can be treated with heavy drapes and rugs with heavy padding.

I find it very relaxing to be able to sit anywhere in the house and listen to beautiful stereo music.

This theater has hidden components and is THX ultra certified. A logical choice was the JBL Synthesis system. It is designed to be built-in and has the power to impress anyone. So we design a ventilated stage under the screen that could hold all the components and both 12" subwoofers. This 7.2 utilizes large in wall surrounds that were hidden in the acoustic panels. The left and right speakers were hidden in towers at the corners and the center channel was behind the Draper Onyx sound screen.
