Q. I'm replacing my 12 year old Sony 32" with a flat panel, the the bedroom. We would like to get a wall mount that swivels to the bed and chairs. Do you have any recommendations? Scott's Answer

I'd had other kinds of custom systems, but I'm much happier with this one than I was with the others. It's easier to use even though I'm using it in a much bigger application, it's more reliable, and it's expandable. And best of all," he says with a smile, "it's very cost-effective. You get premium performance without having to pay premium price.

Shadowbox TV

It's great that the new TVs are thin -no more giant boxes -no huge cabinets.

But marketing would have us believe they are all paper thin. A 4" TV and a 3" mounted together make it stand out 7 inches off the wall. Plus the wires and mount can be seen from the side. No thanks!

Solution: During construction we build a 8" deep shadow box to contain the TV, mount and the wires. Then we build four panels that cover it all when not in use. The panels can be artistically painted or creative woodworking to form a one of a kind sculpture. Our solution simply looks like art on the wall that reveals the TV for show-time. A much more elegant solution.

We can build your flatscreen tv into your wall, and conceal it with folding panels customized to your decor.
